为了抑制和消除谐波对公共电网的污染,需要在用电设备电源接口处加入功率因数校正电路。其不仅可以提高电路的功率因数,还可以为后级负载提供稳定的直流电压。针对大功率开关电源,采用了Boost型APFC电路作为主拓扑结构图,设计了基于UC3854BN的APFC电路,分析了APFC和UC3854BN的工作原理,详细给出了主功率电路参数的设计流程,最后利用Candence/Pspice软件对整个系统仿真,并通过实验验证了该系统具有较高的功率因数。

In order to suppress and eliminate the pollution of harmonic wave to the public power grid, the power factor correction circuit is needed to be added to the entrance of the electric equipment. It can not only improve the power factor of the circuit but also provide a stable DC voltage for the post-level circuit. For the high power switching power supply, the boost circuit of APFC is adopted as the main topology diagram. The APFC circuit is designed based on UC3854BN. The principle of UC3854BN and APFC is analyzed. The design flow of the main power circuit is provided. Finally, the Candence/Pspice software is used to simulate the whole system and verify that the system has a high power factor by experiments.
