摘要:
为提高零部件定位精度和产品装配质量,提出了一种零部件多级装配定位策略优化方法。该方法以零件定位原理为基础,零件离散点集为可行域,测点偏差值平方和最小为目标函数。利用三维偏差仿真平台3DCS进行偏差建模、实验设计以及蒙特卡洛模拟计算,同时,结合粒子群算法对多级装配定位点布局进行优化设计。最后,以汽车发动机舱右前纵梁三级装配为例,对该方法的有效性和可行性进行了验证。结果表明,优化后定位点布局符合经验最大面原则,目标函数值、测点偏差均值以及偏差最大值均有所降低。
Abstract:
Inordertoimprovethepositioningaccuracyofpartsandproductassemblyquality,alocatingstrategyoptimizationmethodofmulti stagepartsassemblywasproposed.Accordingtopartspositioningprinciple,the
methodtookthediscretepointsetofpartsasthefeasibleregion,andtheminimumsumofsquaresofthevariationvalueofthemeasvrementpointastheobjectivefunction.3Dvariationsimulationplatform3DCSwasusedtoconductthevariationmodelinganddesignofexperimentandMonteCarlosimulation.Meanwhile,themulti stageassemblypositioningpointlayoutwasoptimizedwiththeparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithm.Finally,thevalidity andfeasibilityofthemethodwereverifiedwiththeexampleofautomobileenginecompartmentrightfrontsill three stageassembly.Theresultsshowthatthelayoutofthepositioningpointafteroptimizationconformedtothe principleofmaximumarea,andtheobjectivefunctionvalue,thevariationmeanandmaximumvalueofthemeasurementpointwerereduced.
