摘要:
针对六分量风洞天平在给定工况下的校准需求,提出了一种具备扭矩滑模控制加载的新型校准装置。该装置通过旋转驱动、重力补偿、扭矩加载和复合加载 4 大功能模块,实现了六分量载荷的独立/组合施加与 传 递。利 用 ANSYS 平 台 进 行 了 有 限 元 仿 真 验 证:在 极 限 载 荷 下,整 机 最 大 等 效 应 力 为86.405 MPa ,远低于材料屈服强度;天平安装轴段变形为 12 μm ,满足高精度测力要求;前六阶固有频率为155.04~589.25 Hz ,有效避开了工作转速范围内的激振频率。该研究为风洞天平提供了可靠的校准解决方案。
Abstract:
To meet the rigorous calibration requirements for six component wind tunnel balances under given working conditions , a novel calibration device with torque loading regulated by sliding mode control ( SMC ) is proposed in this paper.The system integrates four specialized functional modules rotary drive , gravity compensation , torque loading , and composite loading to achieve the independent and coupled application of six-component loads.Finite element analysis ( FEA ) performed via the ANSYS platform validates the structural integrity and precision of the design.Under extreme loading conditions , the maximum equivalent stress of the assembly is 86.405 MPa , which remains well within the yield strength of the material.Furthermore , the deformation at the balance mounting shaft section is restricted to 12 μm , satisfying the stringent requirements for high precision force measurement.Modal analysis indicates that the first six natural frequencies range from 155.04 to 589.25 Hz , effectively isolating the system from the excitation frequencies within the operating speed range.This research provides a robust and reliable calibration solution for the high-fidelity measurement of wind tunnel balances.
