摘要:
介绍了反应堆压力容器紧固件及其表面污垢的特点,结合紧固件清洗条件及要求,分析了常用的紧固件清洗方式,确定了适合反应堆压力容器紧固件清洗的技术方案,研制出相应的清洗设备。该设备布置灵活、且便于运输和系统扩展,并应用于工程实践。
Abstract:
Describes the characteristic of the fasteners and the dirt on their surfaces of nuclear reactor pressure vessel. To meet the requirements of cleaning to the fasteners, analyses several common cleaning methods and then determine one cleaning mode to clean the fasteners of nuclear reactor pressure vessel. Base on the cleaning mode, designs and manufactures the corresponding cleaning equipment which can be seasoned with cleaning scene, transportation and system extension. The equipment has been used for a project.
