摘要:
在表面封装技术(SMT)及光学自动检测(AOI)领域,传统的单丝杠驱动已经不能满足精度和速度的要求,而双丝杠驱动能够抑制高速时振动,还能提高系统的刚性和响应速度,从而防止因进给平台抖动而引起视野(FOV)的偏移,以及给拼图带来困难,并最终导致检测误判。本文就双丝杠驱动系统进行建模与分析,并结合实验给予验证。
Abstract:
In the field of optical automatic detection(AOI)of surface mounted technology(SMT),the traditional single screw drive would have been unable to meet the requirements of precision and speed.But the double screw driver can not only suppress vibration at high speed,but also improve the rigidity and response speed of the system to prevent the field of view(FOV)offset caused by the feed platform vibration,and bring the difficulty to the puzzle,and eventually led to the detection of miscarriage of justice.In this paper,we model and analyze the double screw drive system, and make some experiments for the double screw driving system.
