摘要:
成捆石油套管在入库前要对套管个数进行统计,为克服人工统计产生的误差,采用视觉的方法实现对成捆套管个数的计数。首先,采集成捆套管端面图像,进而采用Halcon软件对图像进行裁剪、处理和分割,最后实现套管计数。
Abstract:
The number of oil casing needs to be statistics before bundles of casing storage, To overcome the error produced by artificial statistic, using visual method to count the number of bundles of casing. First, acquire end face image of bundles of casing, then using Halcon software to crop, process and segment image, finally, counting casing.
