摘要:
针对盾构机的刀盘驱动系统进行了全新的设计。系统选用8台西门子G130系列变频器,采用主从控制方式,重点解决多电机的同步运行问题,实现了多台电机之间的转矩平衡。8台变频器同时响应PLC的转速给定信号,每台变频器分别对各自的电机施加力矩,具备结构简单、运行稳定、电机力矩一致性好和易于维护等优势。在程序结构的设计上,采用了应用接口程序的编写方式,使程序核心部分相对稳定,又有灵活的扩展及操作能力。
Abstract:
In this paper,the new cutter head driving system of tunnel boring machine is designed. The system includes 8 sets of Siemens G130 series frequency converters,the master-slave control mode is used to solve the problem of multi motor synchronous operation and the torque balance between multiple motors is realized.The speed set of 8 frequency converters comes from the PLC at the same time,and the torque of each electric motor applied by the frequency converter.The system has the advantages of simple structure,stable operation,good agreement of motor torque and easy maintenance.The program,using the interface application,isdesigned,it can make the core part of the program stable,and it can also has the ability to expand and easy use.
