摘要:
对碳纤维复合材料薄壁圆筒车削加工工艺进行分析研究,主要从工件的加工特性、切削颤振对工件加工精度的影响进行分析,研制专用定位夹紧装置,进行切削刀具几何参数研究试验与确定,采用正交实验方法进行切削试验,确定最优切削参数组合,通过实验验证该加工工艺的可行性。解决了薄壁碳纤维圆筒加工中出现拉丝起毛、装夹变形和加工变形的关键技术难点,确定的加工工艺方法应用于生产实践中,取得了显著效果。
Abstract:
This paper analyses and researches the technological methods of the thin walled cylinder of carbon fiber reinforced plastics.The influence of processing characteristics and cutting vibration has been analyzed by experiment for the work pieces.Special mechanism for champing and positioning was developed, at the same time choice of geometry technical parameters and materials were experimentally determined.Orthogonal experiments were used to make sure the optimal cutting parameters,verified the feasibility of the process through experiments.Cracked the key technical difficulties such as wire drawing,burrs and the deformation of champing and machining.It had made significant effect to apply the processing technology to the production.
