摘要:: 通过大口径钢芯全自动装压曳光剂小群模技术研究,设计了一条穿甲燃烧曳光弹钢芯全自动装压曳光剂生产线,采用小群模式全自动直接压装药技术、现代物流、防爆防静电安全技术、全线设备群协调技术、过程控制和全线质量监控等技术于一体的钢芯全自动直接装压药生产线,实现了人机隔离和自动化压装药生产,解决了大口径机枪弹钢芯自动直接装压药的安全、质量和效率等问题。

Abstract:: By researching on small-lot technology of automated tracer composition loading and pressing for heavy-caliber steel cores, design a production line with full automatic loading and pressing for steel cores of armor-piercing incendiary flame tracer.Establish a comprehensive,full automatic and direct ammunition charging and pressing line for steel cores,with small-lot-based,full automatic and directed loading and pressing technology,modern material flow,safe technology of blast proof and static prevention,whole line equipment complex integration technology,process control and full quality supervision,to achieve man-machine separation and automated ammunition charging and production,thus solve problems of security,quality and efficiency in the process of automated and direct charging and pressing for steel core of bullets with heavy calibers.
