摘要:
为适应产品RFID对小型化,可集成化电源模块的需求,设计一款基于电流型PWM控制芯片UC3842的反激式开关电源。分析了反激式开关电源工作原理,使用响应快速控制精确的隔离输出反馈接法,详细介绍了周边缓冲电路,接地以及在占空比大于50%时为稳定电流震荡而采用的斜率补偿设计。分析了输入滤波器的输出阻抗和变换器的输入阻抗的关系以及可能因此产生的震荡。设计经过理论分析进行优化,采用Saber仿真,PCB设计基于RFID板进行优化。调试结果以及和RFID的联合调试结果表明,设计的单端反激式开关电源具有体积小、纹波小
Abstract:
In order to meet the RFID product requirements for power supply of minimized,can be integrated,a switch mode power supply(SMPS)is designed based on current mode PWM chip UC3842 using flyback topology.Analyzed principle of flyback switching power supply.Fast response and precision output control is achieved by isolated output feedback connection.Introduced surrounding snubbering circuits,grounding circuits and slope compensation circuit to stabilize current oscillation when duty cycle is over 50%.Analyzed the relationship of output impedance of input filter and input impedance of converter and possible oscillation.The design is optimized through theoretical analysis.Used Saber for simulation,PCB design is optimized based on RFID board.Test results and test results through RFID shows that,the designed single-ended flyback SMPS has the advantage of small size,low output rippling,output stable.
