摘要:
针对MRF再分散性性能没有量化标准及测试方法的问题,提出了采用搅拌静置6个月MRF至均匀分散状态,测量电机扭矩和转速,计算这一过程中消耗电机功率的方法,以消耗功对MRF再分散性进行量化。设计开发了测试系统,对3种MRF进行了测试,结果说明测试系统性能可靠,测试方法实用性强。
Abstract:
At present, the redispersibility of magento-rheological fluid(MRF)hasn't been quantified, nor is there an appropriate testing method. In this paper, a method is proposed which estimates this property by stirring MRF for a period of 6 months until it is evenly dispersed. Torque and rotation speed of the motor are measured in order to calculate the energy used by the motor, which is used to measure MRF redispersibility. A test system has been built and three types of MRF have been tested. The result shows that the system is reliable, the test method is practical and the test theory is creative. All of these fill in gaps in establishing MRF quantified criterion of redispersibility.
