摘要:
基于有限元分析方法,对某机载雷达频综器进行减振设计。通过模态分析、随机振动分析分别得到频综器的固有频率、整体应力水平和载机环境下振动敏感位置的振动响应。基于分析结果和减振理论,确定减振系统需要的系统固有频率和振动传递率,并据此进行隔振器的选型。通过试验对所选隔振器的减振性能进行了评估,验证了减振设计的可行性。
Abstract:
Finite element method is used to study the frequency synthesizer of an airborne radar by the design of vibration reduction. Natural frequencies of the frequency synthesizer, overall stress level and vibration response of vibration sensitive positions under airborne conditions is obtained by modal analysis and random vibration analysis. The system natural frequency and vibration transmissibility are obtained by the results of the analysis, and accordingly a vibration isolator is chosen. An experiment is carried out to study the damping characteristic of the selected vibration isolator; the results show that the vibration reduction design is feasible.
