摘要:
为寻找抑制磁悬浮轴承转子系统振动的有效方法,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS对转子系统附加外弹性支承前后的动态特性进行仿真对比分析,同时搭建磁悬浮轴承转子试验台进行试验验证。仿真及试验均表明,通过引入合适的外弹性支承结构,可以有效抑制系统振幅。
Abstract:
Simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the magnetic bearing rotor with or without damper is carried based on ANSYS to find ways to control the vibration. Magnetic bearing rotor system experiment table is set up, and the experiment is conducted. The results show that the introduction of an additional out-elastic support structure can effectively control the vibration.
