摘要:
为了解决企业供电电网因外界原因产生瞬时波动,而造成交流接触器脱扣的问题。以电路为基础、单片机为核心,构建智能控制器来解决企业供电电网波动。该控制器能直接安装在功率在1 000 W左右的小功率重要设备上,以此直接控制交流接触器线圈。通过电源切换模块保证当企业电网产生波动时,交流接触器在设计时间范围内不脱扣,并始终处于吸合状态。结果表明,采用此种保护装置,能有效地解决接触器在瞬时掉电情况下的脱扣问题,具有抗波动延时、调节延时时间、宽范围电压输入等功能。此装置避免了因供电电网波动而发生的事故,并提高生产连续性、安全性。
Abstract:
The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem about the tripped AC contactor, which is caused by instantaneous power fluctuation in the power supply network for enterprises. The design of the intelligent controller is based on circuit and single chip microcomputer that can be directly installed on important small power equipment of about 1 000 W to control the coils of AC contactor. When the power supply network fluctuates, the rapid and effective switch modes protect the AC contactors without tripping and keep their closed states within the scope of decided time. The result shows that the protection device can effectively solve the problem about the tripped AC contactor caused by instantaneous power fluctuations. It possesses lots of functions, such as resistance of wave delay, regulation of time delay and the input of voltage at a wide range. Overall, the protection device avoids the accidents caused by the fluctuation of power network and improves production consistency and safety.
