摘要:
雷达系统中的DAM模块发热量大,热流密度高,其散热性能直接影响功率器件运行的可靠性。对从功率器件到散热器之间的传热路径以及散热器风道侧参数进行优化设计,确定在热源上焊接铜板以降低热流密度、选择导热性能优异的界面接触材料、冷板局部焊接铜板以减小平面方向温度梯度、增加散热器翅片高度和加密散热器翅片排布等优化设计方法改进常规风冷散热方案,并对优化后的风冷散热方案进行实验研究,实验结果与仿真结果相吻合,验证了风冷散热优化方案的可行性。
Abstract:
The DAM (digital array module) of the radar system has a high heating value and heat flux. The heat dissipation of power devices directly influences their operational reliability. The heat transfer path between the power device and the air cooling radiator and the fins parameters of air cooling radiator are optimally designed. The following optimization methods are adopted to solve the heat dissipation problem. A piece of copper is welded on the heat source to reduce heat flux. Contact interface material with excellent thermal conductivity is selected. A piece of pure copper is welded on the cold plate to reduce the temperature gradient in the direction of the planar. The height of the fins is increased. The spacing of the fins is reduced. After these optimizations, DAM can work properly. Experimental research is performed for the optimized air cooling scheme. The experimental results are in good agreement with the results of the simulation, which verifies the feasibility of the optimized air cooling scheme.
