摘要:
空心短锥刀柄在数控机床上起到连接主轴与切削刀具并传递力矩的作用。刀柄与主轴连接性能的可靠性对机床的加工精度及工作安全性有重要影响。由于加工和装配等误差、实际过盈量和实际夹紧力等结构和性能参数具有不确定性,考虑到HSK工具系统中这些参数的不确定性,利用区间模型描述这种不确定性,建立了HSK刀柄与主轴连接接触面区间接触应力模型,提出了HSK刀柄与主轴连接性能的非概率可靠性模型,给出了可靠临界转速的概念。通过对HSK-A63刀柄性能的分析与计算,说明了该方法的合理性与可行性,为防止HSK刀柄与主轴的连接失效,保证数控机床的加工精度和使用的可靠性提供了理论基础。
Abstract:
The HSK tool-holder transfers power and movement by the connection of spindle and cutting tool. The connection performance of the HSK tool holder and spindle interface has important influences on machining accuracy and security of CNC machine tool. Owing to the errors in manufacturing, processing and assembling and the actual magnitude of interference and actual clamping force are always uncertain. These uncertain factors should be considered in the connection performance of the HSK tool holder and spindle. These uncertain parameters are described as an interval model. The interval contact stress model of the HSK tool holder and spindle connection is established. The non-probabilistic reliability model of the HSK tool holder and spindle connection is put forward. The conception of reliability critical rotational speed is given. The HSK-A63 has been used to illustrate the proposed method. The result shows that the proposed method is feasible and reasonable and practicable. To prevent the failure of the HSK tool holder and spindle connection the proposed method provides theoretical basis for guaranteeing the machining accuracy and useful reliability of the CNC machine tools.
