摘要:
采用仿真分析软件,对通用服务器带包装模型进行网格划分、参数设定,并详细介绍跌落仿真分析过程中的建立与设定。利用Dynamic Explicit求解器进行跌落过程的求解运算,分析跌落过程中服务器主要结构部件的强度是否满足要求。通过跌落仿真分析可知,此款服务器带包装后面朝下跌落过程中,机箱钣金件及重要部位最大应力皆小于相应屈服应力,变形皆为可回弹形变,故通过此方向跌落仿真测试。
Abstract:
By using simulation analysis software, the universal server and packing models were meshed and parameters were defined. In the way, detailed simulation analysis process of dropping is presented. Based on the Dynamic Explicit solver, the strength of main structural parts of the server on the process of dropping can be worked out. Through the results, we can see that the package can meet the requirements or not. In this dropping process, where the server in package has its backfalling toward the ground, the maximum stress of chassis sheet metal parts and the important parts the maximum stress are less than the corresponding yield stress, which deformation is springback deformation. Therefore, this package design meets the dropping simulation test.
