摘要:
介绍了一种较为复杂的全向天线的精密制造技术,通过对天线结构的工艺性分析,为天线的内导体、外导体及天线罩提供了一种可制造的结构设计,保证了天线的整体刚性。在制造过程中,通过工艺流程优化、装夹方法及工装夹具设计,解决了这类刚性差的细长轴内导体、细长薄壁结构外导体加工,实现了天线内、外导体同轴及环境适应性装配要求。
Abstract:
An intricate precision manufacturing technology of omnidirectional antenna was introduced in this paper. A manufacturable structure design was provided, based on the analysis of the antenna structure, for the inner conductor, the outer conductor, and the radome to ensure the rigidity of the whole antenna. In the manufacturing process, difficulties like processing the inner conductor of slender shaft with poor rigidity and the outer conductor with slender thin-walled structure were overcome by the processing optimization and the design of clamp method and the corresponding jig tools, which guaranteed the coaxiality and environmental compatibility of the assemble.
