摘要:
针对FSEC赛事规则及赛车整体性能需要,研究设计了一种双电机动力系统,提出一种电子差速控制策略。对双电机动力系统电机参数、传动比和动力电池组容量及组数进行匹配设计; 并在Cruise汽车仿真软件中建立仿真模型,对搭载双电机动力系统的FSEC赛车进行动力性和经济性仿真分析,仿真结果表明,所设计动力系统满足预期确定的性能指标,验证了双电机动力系统设计的合理性,研究对电动赛车动力系统设计有一定指导意义。
Abstract:
In accordance with the need of FSEC competition rules and the overall performance, a dual-motor power system was designed and an electronic differential control strategy was proposed in this research. The motor parameters, the transmission ratio, and the power battery capacity as well as the battery group number of dual motor power system were matched. A simulation model was established in the Cruise simulation software to analyze the dynamic performance and fuel economy of FSEC racing car installed with the designed dual-motor power system. The simulation results showed that the expected performance index could be obtained by using the designed dual-motor power system and the rationality of such design was thus validated. This study has certain guiding significance for electric car power system design.
