摘要:
铝用碳素阳极煅烧窑石油焦煅烧的检测控制由于对煅烧带的检测不能有效实现而存在困难,提出了基于定量统计软测量分析建模实现煅烧带测量的方法,该方法基于对煅烧大窑外部窑皮进行温度检测,通过统计分析建模实现煅烧带的软测量,成功地实现了煅烧带非线性建模和系统辨识。
Abstract:
It is difficult to measure and control the petroleum coke calcination in the carbon anode calcining kiln because there is no effective way to measure the calcining zone. A calcining zone measurement method based on the quantity soft measuring analysis modelling was proposed in this paper. It firstly measured the surface temperature of the kiln coating; and then, it established a statistical analysis model to measure the calcining zone. Finally, the nonlinear-model of the calcining zone was established and identified by the system.
