摘要:
以三叉杆-球笼式万向联轴器传动轴系统中的三叉杆中心为研究对象,运用MATLAB软件和Pro/E软件中的运动学分析模块,采用解析法和仿真法对三叉杆中心的运动规律进行分析研究,分别获得了在不同回转半径、不同夹角下三叉杆中心的位移、速度、加速度等的运动学曲线。研究结果为进一步分析等速万向联轴器传动轴系统的运动学特性打下了基础。
Abstract:
Taking the tripod center of the tripod-ball type universal coupling shaft system as the research object, and by means of the MATLAB software and Pro / E software in the kinematics analysis module, this paper analyzed the motion law of the tripod center by analytical and simulation method, which respectively obtain the kinematics curves of displacement, velocity and acceleration of the tripod center under different rotation angles. The research results lay the foundation for further analyzing the kinematic characteristics of the transmission shaft system of the constant velocity universal coupling.
