摘要:
研究广域备自投控制系统的策略, 阐述了该系统的动作逻辑和流程,并制定出一套广域备自投控制系统与就地备自投装置的配合方案。该策略在六盘水市中心区典型环网供电的4个变电站实际运行结果表明,可有效排除地方小电源对备自投控制策略的干扰,避免电网停电范围蔓延。与传统的就地备投策略相比,广域备自投控制系统策略具有显著提高电网供电可靠性的优势。
Abstract:
This paper studies the strategy of wide-area self-cast control system, elaborates the action logic and process of the system, and sets out a coordinated scheme for the wide-area self-cast control system and the local device. The strategy was applied in operating four substations with typical ring network power supply in the central area of the Liupanshui city. The results show that the interference of the local small power with the standby self-cast control strategy can be effectively eliminated, which can avoid the spread of power outages. Compared with the traditional local standby strategy, the wide-area self-cast control system has the advantage of significantly improving the reliability of grid power supply.
