摘要:
面向站立困难的脑卒中患者,研究一种辅助站立康复训练系统,帮助他们完成日常的康复训练治疗。在对人体正常站立运动轨迹分析基础上,设计一种两自由度辅助站立康复训练系统。通过采集患者康复训练前后胫骨前肌和腓肠肌的表面肌电信号,检验了辅助站立康复训练系统的康复效果。通过对患者进行一个月站立康复训练,系统运行正常,受训练患者肌力较康复前和未受训练患者都有明显提高。该康复训练系统康复效果良好,具有实际应用价值,有助于站立困难的脑卒中患者早期康复。
Abstract:
This paper studies an auxiliary stand rehabilitation training system aiming at helping the stroke patients with standing difficulty accomplish routine rehabilitation training. On the basis of analyzing the normal standing movement locus of human body, a two-degree auxiliary stand rehabilitation training system was designed. By gathering the surface electromyogram signals of tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle before and after the rehabilitation training, the rehabilitation efficacy of the system was verified. The system ran normally during the one-month rehabilitation training of the patients, and the muscle strength of the patients increased significantly after the rehabilitation compared with the untrained patients. With good rehabilitation effect, this system is of practical value for the early rehabilitation of stroke patients with standing difficulty.
