以格里森制弧齿下的减速箱系统为对象,综合考虑圆锥滚子轴承在系统中的振动,运用设计的试验方法和试验设备,分析了润滑对整个减速箱系统输入端的振动幅值和频率特性影响,对后续减速箱系统振动的研究提供实验依据,从而进一步揭示减速箱系统振动的特性。试验表明,不同润滑状态对于振动频谱峰值影响很大,在低速无润滑状态下高频段频率为主振频率,低速油润滑状态下正好相反; 无润滑和油润滑状态在高速情况下总体变化趋势一致,但无润滑状态下的频率谱幅度比油润滑下的要高。
Abstract:
Taking the gearbox system of Gleason as the object, the study analyzed, by considering the vibration of taper roller bearing in the gearbox, and using the designed test method and equipment, the influence of lubrication in the whole gearbox on the vibration amplitude and frequency characteristics of the input end. It provided the experimental basis for the subsequent research and further revealed the vibration characteristics of the gearbox system. The test shows that different lubrication conditions influence greatly the peak vibration frequency. Under the circumstances of low speed and no lubrication, the high frequency is the master frequency, while under the condition of low speed and oil lubrication, the situation is the other way around; the overall change tendency in high speed is of consistency under the conditions of none lubrication and oil lubrication, whereas the frequency of non-lubricating condition is higher than that of oil lubrication.
