摘要:
储能装置是提升风电、光伏等清洁能源消纳能力的重要措施。特别在主动配电网中,储能装置和分布式电源的协调优化不仅有助于解决清洁能源消纳问题,而且能够解决配电网普遍存在的电压控制问题。针对含储能主动配电网多时段有功-无功联合优化模型的求解问题,基于二次约束二次目标规划模型的特征分析,将原问题解耦成二次约束二次目标规划模型和系统潮流计算两个子问题,通过上述两个子问题的反复迭代,实现对原问题的求解。最后基于REDS-135节点系统构造算例验证了所提出方法的有效性。
Abstract:
Energy storing device is important to improve the consumption ability of clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaic. Especially in the active distribution networks, the coordinated optimization of energy storing devices and distributed generators is conducive to improving not only the clean energy consumption but also the voltage control. The problems in the multi-period active-reactive power joint optimization model of active distribution network containing energy storage are divided in this paper into two subproblems: the problem of quadratically constrained quadratic program(QCQP)and the one of power flow calculation of the system. Then, the iterative method is applied repeatedly to the two subproblems to solve the original problem. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by a case study in the REDS-135 buses system.
