摘要:
针对滚筒采煤机摇臂的调高液压系统控制方法进行研究。根据滚筒采煤机调高机构的实际工作原理和工况条件对调高机构运动学进行分析。建立调高机构非对称阀控缸数学模型,为调高机构控制器的控制对象。使用模糊自适应PID算法对采煤机调高机构进行控制研究。研究结果表明,研究的基于模糊PID算法的采煤机调高控制方法相对常规PID控制算法控制下,油缸活塞目标和实际位移误差更低。
Abstract:
The control method of the hydraulic height adjustment system of shearer's rocker arm is studied in this paper. The kinematics of the height-regulating mechanism was firstly analyzed according to the actual working principle and working conditions. Then, the mathematical model for the asymmetric valve controlled cylinder was built, on which the height controller may work. Finally, the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm was used to study the mechanism. The research results show that the proposed method based on fuzzy PID algorithm can better minimize the displacement error of the cylinder piston target.
