摘要:

设计了蒸汽发生器传热管涡流自动检测系统,从探头定位系统、探头扫查系统、集成传输系统和相关软件等方面,分析了系统设计。将系统用于对核电站蒸汽发生器传热管进行涡流检查,能够及早发现传热管上存在的缺陷,为进一步采取的维修措施提供准确的参考依据,并成功应用于各核电厂的役前和在役检测。

Abstract:
The automatic eddy current inspection system for steam generator tube is designed. It is analyzed from the aspects of probe positioning system, probe scanning system, integrated transmission system and related software. By applying the system into eddy current inspection of steam generator heat transfer tubes in nuclear power plants, the defects can be found early, which can provide the accurate reference for the further maintenance. It has been successfully applied to pre-service and in-service testing of various nuclear power plants
