摘要:
为了进行简单合理的变桨电机选型,在分析变桨电机及变桨轴承受力传递的基础上,推导出电机转矩在不同工作模式下的计算公式,并在Bladed软件中建立仿真模型进行载荷计算。通过对载荷计算所得数据进行分析,得到变桨电机的最大驱动转矩、额定转矩和最大刹车转矩,为变桨电机的选型提供参考依据。
Abstract:
In order to select variable pitch motor in a simple and rational way, the formula to calculate the torque of a generator in different operating modes was deduced on the basis of analyzing the stress transmission of variable pitch motor and pitch bearing. Then, the load was calculated through the simulation model in the Bladed software. Based on the analysis of the load calculation data, the maximum drive torque, the nominal torque, and the maximum brake torque of the variable pitch motor were obtained, which could provide references for the variable pitch motor selection.
