摘要:
针对扶梯梳齿板异物保护装置检测过程中无量化检测指标的问题,研制出一种新的梳齿板异物保护装置检测仪。根据2类不同梳齿板异物保护装置的特点,确定了检测仪的原理、结构和检测流程,采用液压机构产生的力施加到扶梯梳齿板异物保护装置的前沿板上,以此模拟梳齿板异物保护装置加载时整个联动机构的受力情况,在检测装置的显示屏上显示动作力,同时在推杆位置读取位移数据,得到量化的检测数据,并制造形成样机。试验结果表明,检测仪检测精度满足相应要求,检验过程中对保护装置的检测更方便、可行,并达到一定的精度要求,对于自动扶梯的安全性检验工作具有重要意义。
Abstract:
A new detector for escalator comb board protection device was designed, which can provide quantitative indicators in testing. The principle, structure, and specific testing procedure of the detector was firstly determined based on the characteristics of two different escalator comb board protection devices. Then, the force generated by the hydraulic mechanism was applied to the leading-edge plate of the escalator comb board protection device so as to simulate the force situation of the entire linkage mechanism. Next, the action force was displayed on the screen of the detector, and the quantitative indicator was obtained. Finally, the prototype device was produced. The test results indicate that the precision of the detector can meet the corresponding requirements, and its application is convenient, which is of great significance for the security inspection for escalator.
