摘要:
基于限幅器整体场仿真模型的建立方法,从场的角度设计限幅器的阻抗匹配网络以实现低插入损耗的设计目标,得到插入损耗小于1dB的限幅器。并提出了将设计完成的限幅器集成于航插针脚内部的设计方法,分别建立了普通航插与限幅航插的整体场仿真模型,通过HFSS软件进行了仿真计算,在25~35 GHz范围内,得到限幅航插插损比普通航插连接限幅器的结构小了0.5~2 dB,驻波也优于普通结构,验证了该设计方法的优越性,对实际限幅航插的设计具有参考价值。
Abstract:
Based on the set-up method of a whole limiter field simulation model, this paper proposes a limiter with insertion loss less than 1dB, which is designed by applying a limiter circuit matching network with the consideration of magnetic field. In addition, a new design method for integrating the designed limiter with aviation plugs is also proposed. In the study, the whole field simulation models of common aviation plug and limiter-aviation-plug were set up respectively. Then,?the simulation calculation was performed in HFSS within 25~35 GHz, the result of which is that the insertion loss of the limiter-aviation-plug is around 0.5~2 dB less than that of the common one. Besides, the VSWR is also better. The research verifies the superiority of the proposed method, which provides references for the actual design.
