摘要:
针对某雷达天线子阵多级盲配设计要求,提出分级盲配控制原则,减少误差累积与传递。对天线子阵各设备的导向、定位、助插拔等盲配结构进行分类与模块化设计,以简化系统公差控制,提高通用性。基于极值与统计公差分析方法,对天线子阵各级盲配构建分析模型,根据公差分析结果改进设计,相比传统经验设计,有效提高产品质量,降低成本。
Abstract:
Aiming at the design requirements of multi-level blind mating of a radar antenna sub-array, the hierarchical control principles of blind mating proposed to reduce error accumulation and transmission. The classification and modular design of the blind mating structures of the antenna sub-array devices, such as orientation, positioning, and plug-and-pull, were designed to simplify system tolerance control and improve generality. Based on extremum and statistical tolerance analysis method, an analysis model was built for blind mating at all levels of the antenna sub-array, and the design was improved according to the results of the tolerance analysis, which can effectively improve the product quality and reduce the cost compared with traditional experience design.
