摘要:
某二次雷达天线在调试和实际部署使用过程中,均出现了腔内积水问题。针对此问题,研究了二次雷达天线的防水密封结构和工艺设计,对结构密封设计进行优化,细化工艺要求,并加强外协控制,有效地保证其防水密封。在实际的部署应用中,为大型雷达的正常工作提供有利的保障。
Abstract:
In the process of debugging and practical use of a secondary surveillance radar antenna, the problem of water accumulation in the cavity was found. Through careful analysis of its waterproof structure and process, the cause was eventually found. After optimization of waterproof structure and the process and improvement of the quality control of outsourcing process, the waterproof seal brings into effective action at actual work. It provides tougher safeguard for the large radar to work normally.
