摘要:
兆瓦级双馈式风力机传动系统在实际运行过程中,齿轮传动副受运行环境的风载荷影响经常出现疲劳裂纹、齿根断裂等机械故障,其主要是由于传动系统固有频率随着运行条件的改变而发生变化,进而导致系统产生共振。基于热耦分析理论,引入拓扑分析理论,重新建立热固耦合分析控制方程,以概率有限元分析法为分析手段,研究在热应力作用下风力机齿轮传动系固有频率变化特点,从而为进一步开展风力机优化设计和传动系统可靠性设计提供了一种研究方法。
Abstract:
In the actual operation process of the MW-class doubly-fed wind turbine drive system, the gear transmission pair is often affected by the wind load of the operating environment, such as fatigue cracks and root fractures. It is mainly caused by the change of natural frequency of the transmission system with changes of operating conditions, which in turn causes the system to resonate. Based on the theory of thermal coupling analysis, the theory of topological analysis is introduced to re-establish the control equations of thermal solid coupling analysis. Additionally, the probabilistic finite element analysis method is used to study the natural frequency variation characteristics of the wind turbine gear transmission system under thermal stress. It provides a new research method for optimizing the design of wind turbine and transmission system reliability.
