断路器弹簧操动机构中四杆机构的结构参数直接影响着断路器动触头的速度和位移。很多厂家在生产弹簧操动机构过程中,四杆机构设计较多为经验设计,需要不断试验、修改、比较。为适应实际生产过程中不同机构输出要求,能够快速准确给出四杆机构系统的理论设计方法和修改方案尤为重要。文中通过分析四杆机构与断路器弹簧操动机构的输出特性的关系,按照输出力特性设计铰链四杆机构结构参数。基于粒子群优化算法求解计算结果,运用MATLAB编程设计图形用户界面。图形用户界面中通过调整相应参数可以快速修改方案并得到计算结果,使弹簧操动机构四杆机构设计直观方便。
Abstract:
The structural parameters of the four-bar linkage in the spring operating mechanism of the circuit breaker directly affect the speed and displacement of the moving contact of the circuit breaker. In producing spring operating mechanism, most manufacturers adopt empirical designs for the four-bar mechanism, which needs constant test, modification, and comparison. In order to meet the output requirements of different mechanisms in the actual production process, it is particularly important to quickly and accurately determine the theoretical design method and modification scheme of the four-bar linkage system. In this paper, by analyzing the relationship between the four-bar linkage and the output characteristics of the circuit breaker spring operating mechanism, the structural parameters of the hinged four-bar linkage are designed according to the output force characteristics. Additionally, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the calculation results, and the graphical user interface is designed by MATLAB. In the graphical user interface, the scheme can be modified quickly and the calculation results can be obtained based on the adjustment of corresponding parameters. As a result, it is convenient to design the four-bar linkage of the spring operating mechanism.
