针对基于推荐参数的改进Oustaloup滤波算法在拟合频域段端点附近对分数阶微分算子逼近精度较低的问题,提出了一种基于改进自适应混沌粒子群优化算法(IACPSO算法)的改进Oustaloup滤波算法的参数优化方法,该方法将拟合频域段内的频率与幅度、相位绝对误差乘积积分的加权和作为优化目标函数,利用IACPSO算法对常数b与d进行参数寻优,经多次独立计算确定一组最优参数(b=5.387 8,d=0.752 6),通过与标准Oustaloup算法、基于推荐参数(b=10,d=9)的改进Oustaloup滤波算法进行对比分析,验证了基于最优参数的改进Oustaloup滤波算法的有效性。
Abstract:
Aiming at solving the problem that the improved Oustaloup filtering algorithm based on recommended parameters has lower accuracy of the fractional differential operators near the end point of the fitting frequency domain, a parameter optimization method based on improved adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm(IACPSO algorithm)for improved Oustaloup filtering is proposed. The method takes the weighted sum of products for frequency and amplitude in the frequency domain segment and integral product of the phase error as the objective function of optimization, and uses the IACPSO algorithm to optimize the parameters of the constants b and d. A number of independent calculations determine a set of optimal parameters(b=5.387 8, d=0.752 6). By comparing with the standard Oustaloup algorithm and the improved Oustaloup filtering algorithm based on the recommended parameters(b=10, d=9), the validity of the improved Oustaloup filtering algorithm based on optimal parameters is verified.
