以一种新型重力平衡式手术显微镜机架为研究对象,对其平衡机构进行设计和分析研究。首先,确定了平衡机构的平衡调节方案,并计算了单轴调节的相关参数以及不平衡力矩。然后,通过ABAQUS对平衡机构进行有限元分析,校核在危险位置时结构的强度和刚度。最后,对平衡机构进行优化,减轻质量。结果表明,单轴调节的平衡机构具备良好的平衡性能,且强度、刚度满足要求。经过改进后,质量减轻了14.8%,实现了轻量化。
Abstract:
A new type of gravity-balanced surgical microscope frame was taken as the research object, and its balance mechanism was designed and analyzed. First, the balance adjustment scheme of the balance mechanism was determined, and the relevant parameters of the uniaxial balance adjustment and the unbalanced moment were calculated. Then, the finite element analysis of the balance mechanism was performed by ABAQUS to check the strength and stiffness of the structure at the extreme position. Finally, the balance mechanism was optimized to reduce the mass. The results show that the balance mechanism of the uniaxial balance adjustment has good balance performance, and its strength and stiffness meet the requirements . After improvement, the mass has been reduced by 14. 8%, and light weight has been achieved.
