使用CATIA软件对差速器齿轮进行实体建模,通过Workbench软件的高效率模型导入功能实现了CATIA和Workbench的联合仿真,对差速器齿轮进行动力学分析以及疲劳分析。基于汽车在行驶过程中差速器的2个典型的工况下,建立齿轮接触有限元模型,分别计算齿轮啮合时的应力大小,以接触应力最大值作为计算差速器齿轮的疲劳分析输入值。结果表明,差速器齿轮的疲劳危险位置产生在齿轮齿面接触区域和齿轮齿根处,并且验证了此结果满足齿轮的寿命设计要求。所利用的Workbench快速获取零部件的相关疲劳寿命的方法,可以有效地降低产品的研发周期与成本,具有一定的工程意义。
Abstract:
The CATIA software was used to physically model the differential gears. The high-efficiency model import function of Workbench software enables joint simulation of CATIA and Workbench, and dynamic analysis and fatigue analysis of the differential gears. Based on the two typical operating conditions of the differential of the car during driving, the gear contact finite element model was established, and the stress of the gear meshing was calculated separately. The maximum value of the contact stress was used as the fatigue analysis input value of the differential gear. It was found that the fatigue hazard position of the differential gear was generated at the gear tooth surface contact area and the gear tooth root, and it was verified that this result satisfies the gear life design requirements. The method used by the Workbench to quickly obtain the relevant fatigue life of components can effectively reduce the product development cycle and cost, and has certain engineering significance.
