摘要:
针对空气捻接器中凸轮因过渡曲线形式导致振动、冲击和噪声等问题,对不同形式的凸轮过渡曲线运动特性进行了分析。采用平面展开法,建立过渡曲线坐标系,归纳出圆弧式、抛物线式和五次多项式三种形式的过渡曲线,并探究凸轮半径R0、动程s和过渡角q对过渡曲线位移、类速度和类加速度的影响。研究结果表明:圆弧过渡曲线、抛物线过渡曲线将会在曲线端点处产生柔性冲击;五次多项式过渡曲线可以通过选择适当的参数值,避免柔性冲击。
Abstract:

Aiming at the vibration, impact and noise caused by transition curves of cams in air splicer, the kinematic characteristics of different types of cam transition curves were analyzed. The plane expansion method was used to establish the coordinate system of transition curve. Three types of transition curves, such as arc, parabola and quintic polynomial, were summarized. The influence of cam radius R0, stroke S and transition angleq on displacement, quasi-velocity and quasi-acceleration of transition curve were investigated. The results show that the arc transition curve and parabola transition curve will produce flexible impact at the end of the curve; Quintic polynomial transition curve can avoid flexibility impact by selecting appropriate parameter values.
