摘要:
针对已服役结构的剩余寿命问题,利用美国 ASME 标准中的等效结构应力法,对含初始裂纹缺陷的 T 型接头进行剩余寿命评估,利用试验数据对等效应力法求解剩余寿命进行了验证,对比了不同初始缺陷尺寸对焊接接头剩余寿命的影响.同时,基于英国 BS7910 标准中的剩余寿命计算方法,得到了一阶Paris 曲线及修正后的二阶 Paris 曲线下 T 型接头的疲劳剩余寿命,将 2 个标准所得结果进行对比.结果表明:含有初始裂纹对 T 型接头寿命结果影响很大;基于结构应力法求解疲劳寿命时,所得结果值接近试验结果及基于 BS7910 标准中得到的结果,证明该方法具有高度准确性.
Abstract:
Aiming at the remaining life problem of the in-service structure , the equivalent structural stress method in the American ASME standard was used to evaluate the remaining life of the T-joint with initial crack defects , and the equivalent stress method was used to verify the remaining life using the test data.The effects of different initial defect sizes on the remaining life of welded joints are compared.At the same time , based on the remaining life calculation method in the British BS7910 standard , the fatigue remaining life of the T-joint under the first-order Paris curve and the revised two-order Paris curve is obtained , and the results obtained from the two standards are compared.The results show that the initial cracks have a great influence on the life results of T-joints ; when the fatigue life is calculated based on the structural stress method , the results obtained are close to the test results and the results obtained based on the BS7910 standard , which proves that the method has a high degree of accuracy.
