摘要:
为解决航空零件机械加工发展迅速、型号多样化带来的夹具夹取困难问题,对航空零件机械加工中柔性夹具嵌入式控制进行研究,计算柔性夹具结构参数,根据不同批次、型号零件间的参数变化量,利用函数计算、调整并修正柔性夹具参数变化量,为保证零件加工及装配过程中夹具的稳定性能,线性计算不同影响因素下引起的夹取偏差,减少夹具惯性回弹力。通过相应的优化,保证夹具偏差最小化,构建零件制造偏差的敏感矩阵,分析航空零件焊点和夹具抓夹间偏差线性关系,根据不同情况分别求解夹具的误差补偿量,实现机械零件整体精准定位,达到柔性调整夹具作业的效果。经仿真实验证明,所提方法控制下柔性夹具静止状态下不存在干涉问题,可在一定程度上减小夹具发生骤停情况,控制效果较好,可完成夹取作业。
Abstract:
In order to solve the difficult problem of fixture clamping caused by the rapid development of aviation parts machining and the diversification of models , the optimal control of flexible fixture in aviation parts machining is studied , the structural parameters of flexible fixture are calculated , and the changes of flexible fixture parameters are calculated , adjusted and corrected by function according to the changes of parameters between different batches and models of parts , so as to ensure the stable performance of fixture in the process of parts machining and assembly.The clamping deviation caused by different influencing factors is linearly calculated to reduce the inertia resilience of the fixture.Through corresponding optimiza- tion , the minimization of fixture deviation is ensured , the sensitivity matrix of part manufacturing deviation is built , the linear relationship of deviation between aviation part solder joint and fixture grip is analyzed , and the error compensation of fixture is solved respectively according to different conditions , so as to realize the overall accurate positioning of mechanical parts and achieve the effect of flexible adjustment of fixture operation.The simulation results show that there is no interference problem in the static state of the flexible fixture under the control of the proposed method.The sudden stop of the fixture can be reduced to a certain extent , the control effect is good , and the clamping operation can be completed.
