摘要:
设计出一种双转子永磁磁阻电机,利用 RMxprt 模块建立电机二维有限元模型。对影响同步磁阻电机转矩的关键参数进行灵敏度分析,确定优化变量,对变量分层抽样并建立平均转矩和转矩脉动的克里金响应面模型,采用粒子群优化算法得到最优解集。最后通过仿真验证了优化方法的可行性,结果表明优化后的电机性能得到了改善,达到了优化目标。
Abstract:
A double-rotor permanent magnet reluctance motor was designed.The two-dimensional finite element model of the motor was established by using RMxprt module.Sensitivity analysis of key parameters affecting synchronous reluctance motor’s torque was carried out , optimization variables were determined , variables were sampled hierarchically , and Kriging response surface models of average torque and torque pulsation were established.The optimal solution set was obtained by using particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally , the feasibility of the optimization method was verified by simulation.The results show that the optimized motor performance was improved and the optimization goal was reached.
