摘要:
为了解决模块化多电平变换器( MMC )在低频工况下的子模块电压波动大的问题,提出了一种基于类两电平调制的低频控制方法,大大降低了低频运行下的子模块直流电压纹波。首先在桥臂能量波动基础上分析了 MMC 子模块电压波动机理,然后引入中频自由控制变量来进行补偿控制,推导了注入的中频电压和电流大小的公式,并详细介绍了控制方法的具体实现方式,最终通过对比实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of large voltage fluctuation of sub-modules of modular multilevel converter ( MMC ) in low frequency operation , a low frequency control method based on quasi two level modulation is proposed , which greatly reduces the DC voltage ripple of sub modules in low frequency operation.Firstly , based on the energy fluctuation of the bridge arm , the voltage fluctuation mechanism of the MMC sub module is analyzed , and then the free control variable is introduced to compensate the control.The formula of the injected medium frequency voltage and current is derived , and the specific implementation of the control method is introduced in detail.Finally , the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified through comparative experiments.
