摘要:
为防止验电检修时母线排出现误挂情况,提出了一种专门用于验电接地挂环监测的系统。首先,建立了复线电网的电磁感应电压模型,量化分析了停电情况下检修电网的感应电压;然后通过在带电导线上安装可自动触发并记录电压电流信号变化的验电装置来检测地线间是否有漏接现象,从而实现了变电站现场验电接地操作与监控功能。通过在线监视和远程自动化控制技术的应用,成功解决了传统验电放电和人工接挂地线过程中地线漏挂、误挂、漏拆和误拆等问题,实现了电网接地操作的全过程遥控及自动化控制,消除了人工接挂地线的安全隐患。
Abstract:
In order to prevent incorrect hanging of the busbar during electrical inspection and maintenance , this paper proposes a system specifically designed for monitoring the grounding hanging ring during electrical inspection.Firstly , an electromagnetic induced voltage model for a dual line power grid was established , and the induced voltage for maintenance of the power grid during power outages was quantitatively analyzed ; then , by installing an electrical testing device on the live wire that can automatically trigger and record changes in voltage and current signals , it is possible to detect any leakage between the grounding wires , thereby achieving on-site electrical grounding operation and monitoring functions in the substation. Through the application of online monitoring and remote automation control technology , the problems of ground wire leakage , false hanging , missing dismantling , and false dismantling in traditional electric discharge and manual grounding processes have been successfully solved.The entire process of remote control and automation control of power grid grounding operation has been achieved , eliminating the safety hazards of manual grounding.
