摘要:
当电机运行在高速状态时,受地铁轨道牵引电机转子的挠度和静态蠕变性能影响,会使运行超过临界转速,使得转子振动加剧或产生共振现象,导致振动幅度增加。在此情况下,瞬时性转子转速的计算难度较高,难以准确判断转子是否达到或接近临界转速,无法实现对转子振动的主动控制。为此,提出地铁轨道牵引电机轴承柔性转子过临界转速自动控制方法,利用测量得到的转子瞬时转速,判断柔性转子的稳定性状态,实现过临界转速自动抑制。利用传递矩阵法计算出柔性转子的各阶临界转速;将磁电式转速传感器安置在柔性转子系统上,通过 A / D 采样法采集传感器输出的单个周期脉冲方波,获得柔性转子的瞬时转速;当瞬时转速达到临界转速时,采用线性自抗扰控制器,计算其控制律,实现对柔性转子的转速控制。试验结果表明,该方法的转速测量精度高,转子振动控制性能好,具有较强的抗扰动能力。
Abstract:
When the motor operates at high speed , it is affected by the deflection and static creep performance of the subway track traction motor rotor , which can exceed the critical speed , exacerbate rotor vibration or produce resonance phenomenon , leading to an increase in vibration amplitude.In this case , the calculation difficult of instantaneous rotor speed is high , making it difficult to accurately determine whether the rotor has reached or approached the critical speed , and unable to achieve active control of rotor vibration.To this end , a method for automatic control of the over critical speed of the flexible rotor of the subway traction motor bearing is proposed.By using the measured instantaneous speed of the rotor , the stability status of the flexible rotor is judged , and the over critical speed is automatically suppressed.The critical speeds of each order of the flexible rotor is calculated using the transfer matrix method ; the magneto electric speed sensor is placed on the flexible rotor system , the single periodic pulse square wave output by the sensor is collected through A / D sampling method , and the instantaneous speed of the flexible rotor is obtained ; when the instantaneous speed reaches the critical speed , a linear self disturbance rejection controller is used to calculate its control law and achieve speed control of the flexible rotor.The experimental results show that the method has high precision of speed measurement , good performance of rotor vibration control and strong anti-disturbance ability.
