摘要:
大容量火力发电机组是一个复杂系统,需要快速响应电网的频率变化,且其运行过程具有非线性特性,由此难以实现对其调频控制,导致频率波动过大不稳定,引发风险。因此,为实现有效的火力发电机组的调频控制,以提升电力系统运行的稳定性,展开大容量火力发电机组调频控制方法研究。利用无迹卡尔曼滤波算法,预测考虑火力发电机组响应时间时,电力系统内储能单元的荷电状态,通过实时更新预测结果以满足快速响应电网的频率变化需求,确保调频控制指令的准确性;通过建立大容量火力发电机组传递函数,准确获取其实际出力,从而为调频控制提供可靠的依据;将电机组实际出力作为输入,获得大容量火力发电机组与储能单元的调频控制指令,并传输到大容量火力发电机组与储能单元内,完成发电机组调频控制。实验结果表明:该方法可有效预测储能单元的荷电状态;在连续负荷扰动情况下,该方法可有效完成大容量火力发电机组调频控制,降低火力发电机组出力的波动幅度。
Abstract:
Large capacity thermal power generation units are complex systems that require quick response to frequency changes in the power grid , and their operation process has nonlinear characteristics , making it difficult to achieve frequency regulation control , resulting in excessive frequency fluctuations and instability , leading to risks.Therefore , in order to achieve effective frequency regulation control of thermal power generation units and improve the stability of power system operation , research on frequency regulation control methods for large capacity thermal power generation units is carried out.Using the unscented Kalman filtering algorithm , the state of charge of energy storage units in the power system is predicted when considering the response time of thermal power generation units.By updating the prediction results in real time , the frequency change requirements of the fast response power grid are met , and the accuracy of frequency control instructions is ensured ; based on this , by establishing a transfer function for large capacity thermal power generation units , accurately obtaining their actual output , a reliable basis can be provided for frequency regulation control ; from this , the actual output of the generator set is used as input to obtain frequency regulation control instructions for the large capacity thermal power generation unit and energy storage unit , and transmitted to the large capacity thermal power generation unit and energy storage unit to complete frequency regulation control of the generator set.Experimental results have shown that this method can effectively predict the state of charge of energy storage units ; under continuous load disturbance , this method can effectively achieve frequency regulation control of large capacity thermal power generation units and reduce the fluctuation amplitude of the output of thermal power generation units.
