摘要:
高比例分布式光伏接入配电网,易引起线路功率倒送而导致线路高损耗,传统等值电阻法不能计算光伏接入后的台区线损。提出了含光伏配电线路线损计算的改进等值电阻法,该方法根据光伏发电量与负荷用电量的关系,通过划分光伏不发电、光伏电量不倒送和光伏电量倒送等多个典型场景,充分考虑了光伏发电量本地消纳和功率倒送等情况,建立了相应的配电网线损计算模型,提出了三相负荷瞬时不平衡度系数,降低了不同时段三相不平衡的差异对线损计算结果的影响。通过某 10 节点台区配电线路的光伏不同接入位置和不同接入容量等典型场景模拟表明,光伏接入重负荷节点有利于降低线损,且线损随光伏接入容量的增加先减小后上升。该方法为分布式光伏的选址定容和台区降损节能提供决策支持。
Abstract:
When the high proportion of distributed photovoltaic ( PV ) is connected to distribution network , the power is easy to be reversed , leading to the high loss of the line.As the traditional equivalent resistance method cannot calculate the line loss with PV , an improved equivalent resistance method is proposed to calculate the line loss of PV in distribution lines.According to the relationship between PV power generation and load power consumption , several typical scenarios are divided including unable PV power generation , unable PV power back feeding and PV power back feeding.By fully considering the local absorption of PV power generation and power back feeding , the line loss calculation model of distribution network under multi scenarios is established.Besides , the instantaneous unbalance coefficient of three phase load is proposed to reduce the influence of the difference of temporal three phase unbalance on the line loss calculation result.Finally , a 10-node distribution line is taken as an example to simulate under the typical scenarios such as different PV access locations and different access capacities.The results show that PV connected to heavy load nodes is beneficial to reduce the line loss , and the line loss first decreases and then increases with the increasing of the PV connection capacity.The proposed method can provide decision support for location and capacity optimization of distributed photovoltaic generation , and the loss reduction and energy saving in station area.
