摘要:
为了优化直接空冷机组的运行效率,提高其对环境风变化的适应能力,提出了考虑环境风的直接空冷机组电机变频调速控制技术。分析了环境风变化对直接空冷机组电机运行状态的影响,确定调整供电频率和感应电动势可以保持磁通在额定区间内;同时,从功率参数和背压参数 2 方面计算变频调速参数,最大程度适应环境风变化影响。设计基于模糊隶属度的电机变频调速最优控制算法,将环境风对功率和迎面风速、空冷机组散热器的散热总量的影响作为输入,并通过非支配排序遗传算法求解,实现直接空冷机组电机变频调速精确控制。实验结果表明,所提方法能够实时响应环境风变化,及时调整电机转速,优化机组运行性能,提高了机组对环境变化的适应能力。
Abstract:
In order to optimize the operational efficiency of direct air-cooled units and improve their adaptability to environmental wind changes , avariable frequency speed control technology for direct air cooled unit motors considering environmental wind is proposed.The impact of environmental wind changes on the operating state of direct air-cooled unit motors is analyzed , and it is determined that adjusting the supply frequency and induced electromotive force can keep the magnetic flux in the rated interval ; at the same time , the variable frequency speed control parameters are calculated from 2 aspects , namely , the power parameters and the back pressure parameters , to adapt to the impact of environmental wind changes to the greatest extent.An optimal control algorithm for motor variable frequency speed regulation is designed based on fuzzy membership degree , taking the influence of environmental wind on power , oncoming wind speed , and the total heat dissipation of the air-cooled unit radiator as inputs , and it is solved through non dominated sorting genetic algorithm to achieve precise control of direct air-cooled unit motor variable frequency speed regulation.The experimental results show that the proposed method can respond in real time to changes in environmental wind , adjust the motor speed in a timely manner , optimize the operational performance of the unit , and improve the adaptability of the unit to environmental changes.
