摘要:
针对滚动活塞式压缩机存在的温度分布不均、应力集中及振动加剧等问题,提出了基于转子传热方程以及影响因素分析的启停精准控制方法。设定转子工作的额定条件,求得缸内温度与转子温度分布在同一条刻度线上的传热方程,给出传热边界条件。采用线性分析算法计算转子的热应力场数值,利用计算得到的热应力场数据,结合压缩机转子的机械特性,计算了连续运行负荷,并依靠负荷设置了内缸压力的稳定工作条件,以此作为启停控制的判定依据。基于压缩机转子工作结构的详细模型,计算转子振动的微分方程,并将压力变化转化为阻尼力,得到启停的瞬时激励响应幅值,结合启停控制的判定依据,通过函数方程求解最佳控制因子,从而找到最佳的控制因子,结合模糊逻辑和滑模控制,以最小化振动幅度,提高启停控制的精度和平稳性。实验结果表明,所提方法降低了振幅的波动,有效抑制了压缩机转子的振动情况,避免了负荷峰值,稳定了压缩机负荷的整体走向。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of uneven temperature distribution , stress concentration and vibration intensification in rolling piston compressors , an accurate control method based on rotor heat transfer equation and analysis of influencing factors is proposed.The rated conditions for the rotor ’ s operation are set , and the heat transfer equation with the temperature distribution in the cylinder and the rotor on the same scale line is obtained , and the heat transfer boundary conditions are given.The linear analysis algorithm is used to calculate the numerical value of the thermal stress field of the rotor , and the calculated thermal stress field data is used to calculate the continuous operating load in combination with the mechanical characteristics of the compressor rotor , and the stable working conditions of the inner cylinder pressure are set based on the load , which is used as the basis for judging the start stop control.Based on the detailed model of the working structure of the compressor rotor , the differential equation of the rotor vibration is calculated , and the pressure change is converted into damping force to obtain the instantaneous excitation response amplitude of the start stop.Combined with the judgment basis of the start stop control , the best control factor is solved through the functional equation , so as to find the best control factor.Combined with fuzzy logic and sliding mode control , to minimize the vibration amplitude and improve the accuracy and stability of the start stop control.The experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the amplitude fluctuation , effectively inhibits the vibration of the compressor rotor , avoids the load peak , and stabilizes the overall direction of the compressor load.
