摘要:
为及时发现并辨识出开关柜断路器的异常分合闸状态,提出了一种基于声纹识别技术的开关柜断路器分合闸状态辨识方法。首先,基于有限元原理针对内含断路器的开关柜及其周边空气域构建声场仿真模型;其次,确定声纹传感器布置位置并将其作为断路器分合闸状态辨识的特征点,并对断路器不同分合闸状态下特征点声纹特性进行仿真分析;再次,提取开关柜断路器特征点声压信号的伽马滤波器倒谱系数并采用主成分分析法对其进行降维处理,将降维后的特征向量作为分合闸状态反演的特征量;最后,采用支持向量描述算法实现开关柜断路器分合闸状态的辨识。研究结果表明,所提出的开关柜断路器分合闸状态辨识方法的辨识率较高,能有效辨识出开关柜断路器的异常分合闸状态,保障其安全运行,具有一定的工程价值。
Abstract:
In order to detect and identify the abnormal opening and closing state of switchgear circuit breaker in time , a non-contact detection method based on voice print recognition technology is proposed in this paper.Firstly , based on the finite element theory , the sound field simulation model is constructed for the switchgear containing circuit breaker and its surrounding air region.Then , the position of the voiceprint sensor is determined , and the voiceprint characteristics of the circuit breaker under different opening and closing conditions are simulated.Secondly , the cepstrum coefficients of the gamma ray filter are extracted and dimensionality reduction is carried out by principal component analysis.The eigenvectors after dimensionality reduction are used as the eigenquantities of the on off state inversion.Finally , support vector machine ( SVM ) algorithm is used to identify the on off state of switchgear circuit breaker.The research results show that the method proposed in this paper has a high identification rate , can effectively identify the abnormal switching state of the switch cabinet circuit breaker , ensure its safe operation , and has certain engineering value.
