摘要:
动力支架是飞艇的重要构件,用于承载动力推进设备。飞行过程中,动力推进设备的高速转动产生激振,易使动力支架遭到共振破坏。基于有限元软件,计算了某动力支架的固有振动特性,依据系统前 10 阶振型图,分析了振动对推力线的影响。分析了具有不同主撑杆结构的动力支架的固有频率,并归纳了其固有频率受主撑杆壁厚、外径影响的变化规律。结果表明,改变主撑杆的壁厚和外径尺寸均可使动力支架的固有频率远离激振频率,有效避免共振现象的发生。
Abstract:
As an important component , the power bracket serves to carry propulsion systems.During the flight , the high-speed rotation of the propulsion unit generates excitation , which could easily cause resonance damage to the power bracket.The natural vibration characteristics of the power bracket were calculated and the first 10 vibration mode diagrams were obtained on FEM software for analyzing the impact of vibration on the thrust line.A study was carried out on the natural frequencies and main modes of vibration of power brackets with different main strut structures to identify the variation law of their natural frequencies affected by the wall thickness and outer diameter of the main struts.The results show that changing the wall thickness and outer diameter of the main struts could avoid the excitation frequency of the natural frequency of the power bracket , effectively preventing the occurrence of resonance phenomenon.
